Guangzhou: Fujian Department of Communications has just released a guidance regarding the enhancement of water transport services.
According to the release, the department has called to accelerate the development of Xiamen cruise homeport and Fuzhou Pingtan Port as a cruise calling port, and establish a local cruise company in the next 3 to 5 years to cover cruise routes from Xiamen to Taichung, Keelung and Hualien in Taiwan.
