Fuzhou port to add 45 berths

 

Guangzhou: The southern port of Fuzhou plans to invest RMB2.2b this year to develop 25 projects including 45 berths.

The port expects to complete cargo throughput of 133m tons, and 2.1m teu container volume in 2014.

As an important gateway for cross-strait shipping, Fuzhou port plans to expand its international container and dry bulk cargo business with more and better infrastructure facilities, the port authority said. [23/01/14]
