Gaylin adds ship chandling to portfolio with Allseas acquisition

 

Singapore: Offshore rigging and lifting solutions providers Gaylin Holdings has announced the acquisition of Allseas Marine Services, just days after setting up subsidiary Gayline Marine Supply.
 
The transaction will cost Gaylin S$1.47m and the deal is expected to be complete in the first quarter of 2013. 
 
According to Gaylin the acquisition is in line with the company’s plans of growing its ship chandlers’ supply business and the deal will be funded with proceeds from its recent IPO. [21/12/12]
