GC Rieber Shipping wins court case with former employees

Norway’s GC Rieber Shipping has announced that Bergen District Court has ruled in the company’s favour in a court case with former employees.

In November, GC Rieber Shipping and GC Rieber Crewing were sued by 17 former employees whose employments were terminated when the group decided to liquidate its internal crewing company.

Each of the parties is liable for their own legal costs. The ruling may be appealed within one month.
