Golden Energy Offshore awarded contracts for PSV newbuilds

Golden Energy Offshore Services has secured employment for newbuild vessels Energy Empress and Energy Duchess from an unnamed client, each for a minimum of 90 days period in the North Sea Spot market.

“These contracts commence at a time when the North Sea Spot market is expected to be slower due to the upcoming winter season and reconfirm the competitiveness of these modern energy effective vessels,” Golden Energy Offshore said.

The company re-acquired the two newbuild vessels from Jiangsu Rainbow Heavy Industries (RHI) earlier this year, having cancelled the newbuilding contracts last year.

Golden Energy Offshore currently operates a fleet of four PSVs.
