GoodBulk files for US IPO
John Michael Radziwill’s GoodBulk has finally pushed the go button on a long-awaited listing by filing a registration statement with the SEC for a proposed New York IPO.
GoodBulk filed the registration on Friday, a day after appointing Tim Huxley to its board and Luigi Pulcini as chief financial officer.
Formed in October 2016, GoodBulk has built up a fleet of 25 bulkers including 22 capesizes.
Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse are acting as lead book-runners, while ABN AMRO is co-manager for the proposed offering.
