Gram Car Carriers postpones Oslo initial public offering

Gram Car Carriers has decided to postpone its initial public offering in Oslo citing the prevailing conditions in the primary issue market.

Norway’s Gram Car Carriers, the world’s third-largest tonnage provider within the pure car truck carrier (PCTC) segment, was aiming to raise $110m from the listing.

Gram Car Carriers has a fleet of 16 vessels and is led by CEO, Georg Whist.
