Hallin Marine wins first major project in China

Singapore: Offshore support firm Hallin Marine has announced a first for the company, securing a contract in China with COOEC Subsea Technology Company Limited, part of the China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC).

The contract is for the provision of support vessel SOV Windermere, a diving team and a range of surveying and engineering services in the Eastern South China Sea.
 

The project is scheduled to commence in 2014 and will have an estimated duration of six months including options. [11/11/13]
