Halul orders more in India

Doha: Qatar’s Halul Offshore Services Company has tapped India’s L&T Shipbuilding to build six offshore support vessels for a total of $154m.
Halul has opted for four platform supply vessels and two anchor handling towing, supply vessels, all for delivery in 2015. Halul ordered four vessels at the same yard last year. 
Formed in 2000, Halul is owned by Qatar Navigation. Its diverse fleet of offshore support vessels is close to hitting the 40 mark.  [11/12/13]
