Herbjorn Hansson in for more NAT shares

Herbjorn Hansson and his son, Alexander, continue to prop up the share price of Nordic American Tankers (NAT). They have just come in to snap up 100,000 shares in the company for $1.1m.

Hansson has a history of coming in to buy shares in NAT to show investors of his confidence in the tanker sector.

NAT’s suezmax fleet stands at 30 vessels, including the four vessels recently acquired from Greece’s Nereus Shipping and two newbuildings to be delivered from South Korea’s Sungdong shipyard in 2016 and 2017.
