Hong Kong: Hong Kong port giant Hutchison Ports Holdings says its new Brisbane port development will be up and running by the end of this year, with the first quay cranes arriving last weekend. This is HPH’s first Australian terminal and has been the subject of much debate as to when it will commence operations. [23/10/12]
