HTM Shipping orders bulker at Nantong Xiangyu

Chinese owner HTM Shipping, a unit of steel trader Baoyuan International, has placed an order at Nantong Xiangyu Shipbuilding and Offshore Engineering for the construction of a 64,000 dwt bulk carrier.

The delivery of the vessel is scheduled in 2020, although other contract details were not disclosed.

HTM Shipping currently operates a fleet of nine bulkers comprising two panamaxes, four supramaxes and three ultramaxes.
