Hutchison Port Holdings appoints new CEO

Hong Kong-based container terminal operator Hutchison Port Holdings Trust has announced that its chief executive officer Gerry Yim Lui Fai will retire from his position from July 13.

The company has appointed Lam Hing Man, the current managing director of Yantian International Container Terminals, as the new CEO.

Lam has been in his current role since June 2012, having previously served as operations director of the company from 2008.

“The board of the trustee-manager wishes to express its sincere gratitude to Yim for his valuable contribution to HPH Trust during his tenure as the CEO of the Trustee-Manager,” the company said in a release.
