Manila: International Container Terminal Services Inc (ICTSI) has sold its entire interest in a cebu terminal to a conglomerate which includes Hong Kong’s Jardine Matheson.
ICTSI sold 250m shares in Cebu International Container Terminal Inc. (CICTI) at the end of last week to Cebu Asian Rim Property & Development Corp and Hong Kong Land (Philippines) BV which is a member of the Jardine Matheson Group.
CICTI owns a parcel of land approximately 200,000 square meters in Mandaue City. [02/12/13]
