Insync Surveys: Time for shipping to step up

Melbourne: Australia’s largest privately owned Australian survey and research organisation has plans to grow its maritime presence. Insync Surveys’ founder and director Des McGowan explains his company assists organisations to achieve sustainable high performance by measuring and improving employee, customer, board and other stakeholder engagement.

The company has delivered surveys in 38 languages across more than 90 countries. Its benchmark database exceeds 1m responses, giving it the ability to provide context and insights when interpreting results.

With a strong background in supply chain management, McGowan says its time for shipping to step up to stand alongside its logistics peers. “I have recognised the increasing need for the maritime industry to match its operational excellence by equally strong strategic excellence,” he says.
