Island Offshore gets long-term charter for CSV

Subsea tech company Ocean Infinity has taken Island Offshore construction support vessel Island Pride on a seven-year charter.

Ocean Infinity, which was founded in July 2017, will be using the vessel to gather undersea data.

Havard Ulstein, CEO of Island Offshore, commented “This charter is a clear statement of confidence in our vessel, crew and the long term stability of our business. We are thrilled to join Ocean Infinity as they push the boundaries of technology and that they chose us to support them in that goal.”

Island Offshore operated a fleet of 26 various offshore vessels with a further vessel under construction.
