Kuala Lumpur: Silk Holdings announced that its 70%-owned subsidiary, Jasa Merin, has entered into an agreement with Muhibbah Marine Engineering for the construction of two AHTS vessels at a total price of RM219m.
The vessels are expected to be delivered by the end of the second quarter of 2015.
The company said the acquisition of the new vessels is in line with the company’s ongoing fleet renewal and expansion initiative. [03/11/14]
