Shanghai: Jiangsu Haitong Offshore Engineering announced that it has appointed Xu Caizhong as the general manager of the company.
Xu Caizhong, 52, had served as vice general manager of Qingdao Zhenghe Shipping and general manager of Zhejiang Zhenghe Shipbuilding. [26/03/14]
