Jiangxi Tongda Shipping to list on NEEQ

Jiangxi Tongda Shipping, a chemical tanker operator on Yangtze River, has applied to list on China’s National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ). The company will become the first listed shipping company in Jiangxi province.

The company plans to use the RMB350m ($52.6m) raised funds to invest and develop the first hazardous cargo shipping terminal in Jiangxi.

Jiangxi Tongda Shipping currently operates a fleet of 15 chemical tankers and mainly serves chemical producers Sinopec, BASF-YPC and SP Chemicals.
