Superyacht service company is seeking a qualified candidate for a full time accountant position in Fort Lauderdale.
Requirements are as follows:
Strong bookkeeping acumen, QuickBooks knowledge and expertise are a must, 2-3 years of experience preferred.
Associate will maintain chart of accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions in QuickBooks in a timely manner.
Assist with month end reconciliations of the credit card, petty-cash, and bank accounts.
Processing account payables / receivables.
Processing domestic and international wire transfers.
Excel and Word knowledge in formatting, data entry, and configuration.
Scanning and saving documents in accordance with company’s guidelines, while maintaining files and documentation thoroughly and accurately.
Respond to all client and vendor inquiries.
Assist with service team's inquiries.
An ideal candidate is responsible, meticulous and must work well with others.
Assist with other projects as needed.
