Accounts Executive (Vessel)

• Perform accounting activities such as bookkeeping, data entry and reporting
• Well versed in handling accounts payables and receivables in the shipping industry
• Costing calculations on vessel revenue and voyage expenses
• Timely reporting to the shipowners and stakeholders
• Knowledge in Singapore’s accounting standards
• Ability to carry out other administrative duties as and when required

Requirements:

• Diploma and above in Accounting, Finance, or business-related degree
• Minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience working in a similar role, preferably in the shipping industry
• Knowledge in using accounting software or excel
• Ability to communicate clearly and accurately
