As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced Administration Manager to support our global consultancy team.
This is an extremely important role within the business that offers a huge amount of variety within your day to day work. You will be involved in all areas of the business, working alongside the consultancy and senior management team to ensure our service offering is of the highest possible calibre.
This will include client and candidate administration, office management, negotiating with suppliers, support with social media, PR and graphic design matters and assisting in the planning and administration of events and travel requirements.
To be considered for this position, you must be a confident self starter able to prioritise and manage a diverse workload. You must be proficient in all Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), have excellent attention to detail and possess excellent communication and relationship management skills as you will be interacting with our global consultancy team and international customer base. A minimum of two years experience in a similar position is essential.
All applicants must live within a reasonable commute of Southampton and possess unrestricted UK working entitlement.
