Our client is a well known shipping organisation who is looking for an experienced Analyst to support their management team.
Utilise your deep knowledge of the chemical supply chain and strong analytical skills, supported by excellent written and verbal communication skills.  You will enjoy working in a high performing team operating in an informal flat management style.
Analysing the key market players, trends and developments, you will advise on potential disrupting factors, make recommendations on how to address these and how to increase engagement and connection with top clients.  You will also provide regular updates on the fleet development, strategy, contract base, strengths and weakness, follow market trends / new products / new production facilities, and make recommendations on prospective clients.  You will compile market reports for internal / external presentation and establish benchmarking tools to assist management in assessing fleet development requirements.
Working from the office in either Rotterdam or Singapore, you must have at least five years' experience working in a similar role within the chemical sector, be a self-starter and a team player and have the ability to interact at all levels, both internally and externally.
All applicants must have the relevant EU / SG working entitlement.
