I am currently working with a Luxury Cruise Company and have an exciting opportunity for a Assistant Shore Excursions Manager to embark on one of their brand new vessels.
The ideal candidate for this role should have experience working on board within the Shore Excursions Department. In addition, have excellent organisational skills and a strong knowledge of worldwide cruise destinations. The position offers the chance to work within one of the industries most developing companies and the opportunity to be involved with some of the best itineraries on offer to cruise passengers.
As Assistant Shore Excursions Manager you will be in charge of maintaining a high levels of customer service to passengers on board and whilst on tour. Provide an in depth knowledge of the port of call and experiences on offer. Other duties will including dispatching of the tours, negotiating with tour operators and escorting duties.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience working on board a passenger vessels within Shore Excursions.
- Excellent organisation and customer service.
- Fluent English language skills
