By anticipating and exceeding customers’ expectations, he or she must build innovative solutions while staying ahead of the market trend.
To increase the company’s share of wallet from these clients by securing new business and maintaining the pool of accounts it already has.
To manage client connections in order to increase account profitability, customer retention, and customer satisfaction
Develop strategic relationships with client stakeholders in order to: • Lead and enhance overall account performance through efficient key performance indicator (KPI) monitoring with the customers
To collaborate with international colleagues on leads and opportunities
When formulating plans and proposals, responsible for maximizing synergy and total profitability
Preferably, a diploma or degree in business management, supply chain management, logistics management, or a similar field.
Atleast 5 years of relevant working experience in Supply Chain, Freight Forwarding industry
Experience with business development and accounts management in Integrated Supply Chain.
Solutions with a high degree of competence in freight services, as well as a positive temperament, the ability to communicate clearly with others, and a strong desire to succeed are all required.
