Cargo Operations Coordinator (Gasoline)

• Close coordination with Blending Operations to ensure quality and ETA of incoming cargo, make necessary adjustments with relevant stakeholders when needed
• Assisting traders after deal, getting the relevant cargo information
• Reviewing of Contracts, and gasoline import & export logistics management
• Handling the status of payment securities (L/C, prepayment, PU, PCG)
• Ensuring vessels are in operational condition, and issuing of voyage instructions to owners for the end-to-end voyage
• Handling of cargo operations activities (issuing, filing of records, and other operations aspects)

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma
• Min. 3 – 4 years of experience within the oil cargo supply chain sector
• Experience in blending is a must
• Familiar with both Contracts & CP terms
• Proficiency in Microsoft packages
