Shipboard Crane Mechanic

Experienced hydraulic/electro-mechanical service engineer needed for outstanding career opportunity.
- Working vessels calling local port.
- Perform shipboard crane maintenance;
- Prepare and submit accurate work reports
- Maintain highest level of professionalism while onboard customer vessels and platforms
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years experience as a mechanic with shipboard cranes or similar equipment
- Experience working with Liebherr and MacGregor cranes
- Valid TWIC card
- Valid US Passport
- Valid US Driver's License, clean background check, and ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Exceptional work references and enthusiasm
WORK ENVIRONMENT: Will spend 100% of time onboard ships; offshore platforms; shipyards or in a workshop environment. Exposure to hazards such as noise, heavy equipment, temperature extremes, chemicals, high pressure equipment, etc. while working in laboratory, assembly areas, and service applications. Some travel and/or offshore service work will be required. May be subject to long working hours and extended travel.
