Crewing & Project Manager

Faststream has partnered with a shipping organisation with an excellent brand name to recruit for a Crewing & Project Manager in Singapore.

You will be responsible for the end to end crewing operations for the fleet assigned to you, and you will provide guidance to the regional crewing teams reporting into you. You will be involved in projects not only for the crewing function but for across the organisation. These projects could be supporting reorganisation of departments, process improvement and optimisation, costs optimisation, etc. You will lead and guide project teams, champion discussions with relevant stakeholders, as well as conducting cost and finance analysis where necessary.

Managerial experience leading and managing a crewing team responsible for seagoing vessels is mandatory for this position. You need to also have proven track records in leading, planning and executing projects revolving around or supporting organisational restructuring, process improvement and optimisation, costs optimisation, quality or training.
