Faststream's client is the market-leader in marine digital sector. Due to continues success in Greece, they require a Customer Experience Manager for Athens.
As Customer Experience Manager you will manager and ensure each customer has the correct navigation data at hand at any time.
* Process customer inquiries (orders, deliveries, etc.) from quotation to order, shipment and invoicing
* Provide assistance to Support team during roll-out and other issues when needed
* A nautical, IT, engineering or economical degree or similar education
* Previous experience in Digital Data or Customer Service tasks (ideally from previous jobs in maritime or digital navigation data supplies)
