Description

  • Strategize and direct the Asset Management activities during Joint Venture management to ensure meeting the contractual requirements, uptime and compliance to standards, asset integrity and robust asset life extension program
  • Develop and sustain the team capability and competencies

Key Accountabilities

  • Asset management and operations personnel capacity planning
  • Assignment of personnel to asset management and operations teams
  • Support services for “live” offshore assets including repair and life extension and brownfield works
  • Support during projects for Operational Readiness and Assurance
  • Implement, develop and govern all processes, procedures and systems required used in the management of all projects
  • Assurance of asset integrity and that asset are being managed in accordance with agreed policies, standards and procedures
  • Strategize and lead relationship building activity with relevant parties to ensure smooth asset operations and win-win relation with JV partners
  • Recruitment, competency assessment, training, and career development of Asset Management team members

Requirements

  • Degree in relevant Engineering discipline or Maritime professional qualification
  • Minimum 17 years of relevant working experience in Marine & Oil & Gas Offshore operation industry, with at least 5 years of experience in a Senior Managerial role
  • Broad knowledge of concepts, principles and practices in the Floating Production Technology, Floater Operation and Maintenance, Floater Handling and Floater Terminal Services
  • Fundamental understanding of concepts, principles and practices in the oil & gas rules/regulations/conventions
  • Fundamental understanding of the Marine & Offshore contracts, planning and scheduling, commercial and budget controls and arrangements
