Flagship Management is currently searching for a Director of Sales to join a growing international company that manufacturers and sells several lines of major yachts worldwide.
This position is responsible for the development and execution of the new boat sales and marketing strategy for the east coast of the United States.
- Defines the sales and marketing strategies for the brokerage
- Providing market research and strategy
- Support brokers in negotiations with clients
- Network with industry influencers and key strategic partners
- Providing consistent corporate image through sales and marketing
- Sales forecasting activities and performance goals
- Manages staffing, training, development, and performance evaluations for marketing and events team
- Meets with key clients, brokers with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals
- Prefer Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.), MBA, in Sales, Business, Marketing or related field
- Minimum of ten years luxury yacht sales and/or marketing experience
- Proven track record of achieving sales results
- Demonstrated results in building sales team and set standards for sales performance and expectations
- Proficiency with computer use and MS Office Suite
- Ability to travel both domestically and international as needed
- American citizen or green card holder
