I am currently working with a Luxury Cruise Company, and have an excellent opportunity for a Guest Services Manager to join their expanding fleet of brand new vessels.
The ideal candidate for this role should have experience working on board a passenger vessels as a Front Office/ Guest Services Manager. This opportunity offers the chance to learn and develop new skills within a luxury cruise environment. Be involved in sought after voyages and new build projects, along with working an attractive 4/2 rotation.
As the Guest Services Manager you will be in charge of all guest relations and passenger correspondence. You will report directly to the Hotel Manager and train the reception staff in accordance with the company policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Front Office Management/ Guest Relations Experience on board a Cruise Ship
- Excellent communication and administration skills.
- Fluent English language skills
