Direct Search Global is partnering with a global asset owner to search for a Business Development Head to be based at their office in Houston/Rio. The incumbent will be fully responsible for the worldwide coverage of business development, marketing and sales activities of our client's FPSO business.
- Also responsible for tendering and contracts management activities
- Oversee and manage current and prospective business requirements for any floater solutions worldwide to ensure sustainable business growth and maximize company's profitabilty
- Optimize internal resources to ensure business development objectives and KPIs are met
- Provide strategic direction in business development and marketing plans to secure new businesses worldwide and enhance the company's capabilities and negotiate applicable agreements in accordance to company procedures
- Identify potential partners, develop and lead strategic alliances and business acquisition potentials
- Lead and drive overall business development activities at senior management level in both internal and external engagement to ensure sustainability in the company's growth and profitability
