Description

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the organisation and their affiliated companies work towards attracting and retaining employees in the long term
  • Design compensation plan that aligns with the firms' global outreach
  • Create consistent compensation guidelines and ensure they align with the firm's long term objectives and goals
  • Conduct necessary research to ensure firm's compensation plan aligns with the markets
  • Oversee firm's payroll and the associated team

Requirements:

  • Required academic background in Human Resources/any affiliated discipline
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a role of a similar capacity
  • Strong knowledge in employer legislation
  • Solid business understanding and the effects of compensation & benefit on a firm's well being
  • Good communicator with strong interpersonal skills
