Description

Take ownership of execution excellence. Drive/ mentor engagement teams to deliver engagements

Engage client leadership to understand their vision and transformation agenda. Lead the engagement team to assist client in achieving the same

Take accountability for excellence in design and execution

Responsible to meet the target revenue projections, P&L for the line of business and Business Development in the region

Provide thought leadership and be recognized as the design authority in your functional and industry domains

Build relationships with client leadership, and lead on-going business and account development activities

Lead pursuit teams focused on new opportunities, and lead major aspects of the proposal development process

Coach, lead and support delivery teams and staff

Provide input and actively participate in recruitment and retention activities

Lead and act as an exemplary role model for leaders at all levels, whilst continuously promoting a sense of loyalty and energizes others to act.

Develop and sustain long-term, trust-based relationships with stakeholders, clients and team.

Manage the sustainable development of a strong pipeline of talent for current and future success, by driving a talent experience that differentiates our organization.

 

Requirements

Bachelor or Master’s degree in a relevant field, supported by relevant experience.

The role requires extensive technology strategy and enterprise or solution architecture leadership experience at a senior level and on a global scale. A visionary with a proven track record in delivering innovation into an organization.

You should be a go to’ technology strategist for senior leadership in an organization, leading teams responsible for Innovation and technology research, whilst also being comfortable discussing business strategy and delivering through cross functional teams.

Director will require a minimum of 15+ years of experience in overall SAP competency such as SAP ERP, S/4HANA, BTP, User Experience, Data and Insights, Greenfield Implementations, and ECC to S/4HANA Migrations

You will be a recognized leader and have in-depth regional market knowledge

Deep and wide experience in SAP led transformation programs in manufacturing and other prominent industry verticals in the SEA/APAC region

Demonstrated ability to engage client leadership and management on a range of issues

Value driven, inclusive individual committed to client service excellence

An appreciation of the consulting lifestyle and ability to travel (both locally and abroad) is a pre-requisite to fit to our short-term and long-term project assignments.

Worked on different types of end to end SAP projects and awareness about project lifecycle for SAP Implementation, rollout, Upgrade, migration and application maintenance engagements

Performed client facing roles in Asia Pacific / Malaysia / Singapore / Thailand and EU regions

Managed Medium to Large team sizes onsite as well as offshore
