Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist the management team and documentation matters.
  • Involves in staff recruitment and training.
  • Processing for staffs' claims/reimbursement and their monthly wages.
  • Handle all employment contracts, and related matters like termination, confirmation, reference letters, etc.
  • Handle visa application for employment
  • Manage company's health insurance, office insurance.
  • Any other related matters.
  • To perform any other related task/duty/assignment that may be given by the management

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification of Diploma and above.
  • At least 2 years' of working experience.
  • Must have knowledge on statutory filing and requirements.
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills.
