- Assist the management team and documentation matters.
- Involves in staff recruitment and training.
- Processing for staffs' claims/reimbursement and their monthly wages.
- Handle all employment contracts, and related matters like termination, confirmation, reference letters, etc.
- Handle visa application for employment
- Manage company's health insurance, office insurance.
- Any other related matters.
- To perform any other related task/duty/assignment that may be given by the management
- Minimum qualification of Diploma and above.
- At least 2 years' of working experience.
- Must have knowledge on statutory filing and requirements.
- Good communication & interpersonal skills.
