Description

Maintain accurate records of personnel information and promptly and accurately update the company’s HRIS.

Assist in all administrative and human resource responsibilities.

Payroll management, Applications, renewals, and cancellations for work permits for foreign employees

 

Requirement

Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management / Business Administration

Min 1-2 years of relevant working experience in HR Administration

Good knowledge in Employment Act, foreign work pass procedures

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Mature, sensitive and discreet in dealing with confidential matters

Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word

Resourceful, well organized, meticulous and proactive
