Description
- Responsible for handling the full spectrum of the HR function in the company and be responsible for the smooth running of the department
- Involved in implementing of HR / Office policy to ensure business efficiency
- Partnering with functional heads to drive HR strategies in achieving the business goals
- Overall manufacturing site and office maintenance administration
- Design and implement Employee retention strategies
- Manage staffing process across the various stages from recruiting, interviewing, offer to onboarding administration
- Create compensation strategy for all Employees within the organization based on market research and pay surveys
- Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure Employees understand their respective role and responsibilities
- Maintain Company organization chart and Employee directory
- Supervise a team of HR executives
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or relevant
- 10 – 12 years of General HR experience with a minimum of 5 years in supervisory capacity
- Candidates from Marine industry will have added advantage
- Knowledge of Payroll processing would be an added advantage
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Confident in leading a team
