Description

  • Responsible for handling the full spectrum of the HR function in the company and be responsible for the smooth running of the department
  • Involved in implementing of HR / Office policy to ensure business efficiency
  • Partnering with functional heads to drive HR strategies in achieving the business goals
  • Overall manufacturing site and office maintenance administration
  • Design and implement Employee retention strategies
  • Manage staffing process across the various stages from recruiting, interviewing, offer to onboarding administration
  • Create compensation strategy for all Employees within the organization based on market research and pay surveys
  • Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure Employees understand their respective role and responsibilities
  • Maintain Company organization chart and Employee directory
  • Supervise a team of HR executives

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or relevant
  • 10 – 12 years of General HR experience with a minimum of 5 years in supervisory capacity
  • Candidates from Marine industry will have added advantage
  • Knowledge of Payroll processing would be an added advantage
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Confident in leading a team
