Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate IFS financial module related implementation
  • Drive IFS financial module’s functionalities introduction, implementation and training
  • Review current IFS process for improvement
  • IFS authority settings according to Board’s mandate
  • Prepare and document IFS process workflow policy and procedure
  • Coordinate system testing for financial module
  • Trouble shooting IFS issue from time to time related to Financial Reporting
  • Coordinate inter-department interaction in IFS initiatives as and when necessary for better integration result
  • Support IFS financial information dissemination effort to transaction owner
  • Working closely with outsource IFS consultant to ensure continue smooth operation of IFS

Other responsibilities (as required)

  • Assist in quarterly consolidation and management reporting function
  • Assist in Group consolidation budgeting and forecasting function
  • Assist in Corporate Financial Due Diligence exercises
  • Assist in preparation and documentation of Group accounting policies and procedures

Qualifications Required

  • Analytical in accounting transaction detail, build team of key IFS user
  • Accounting ERP background with migration/implementation exposure, a qualified Accountant is an advantage, minimum 2 years in ERP system implementation
  • Understand well ERP system workflow
  • Able to work independently and diligently
  • Problem-solving
  • Good communication skill
  • Willing to travel to facilitate IFS implementation
