In this position you will function as the primary technical and project management contact throughout the sales, implementation, and deployment phases of the solution. You will utilise your excellent organisational and planning abilities, together with your strong analytical thinking to proactively address any customer concerns. Your responsibilities will extend throughout the project lifecycle – understanding customer’s needs, gathering requirements, establishing and maintaining project scope and facilitating communications and accountability.
You will be expected to manage the implementation process including delivery of customised training and ongoing support to end-users, IT and management to ensure successful system adoption.
To be successful you must have at least five years’ experience delivering end-to-end enterprise software implementations, integrations and training in a similar role and possess proven track record in delivering customer satisfaction. Communication ability is of paramount importance as you will require outstanding consulting, presentation, coaching and facilitation ability.
Given the need to liaise with Japanese speaking clients, fluency in both English and Japanese are required. Preference will be given to candidates already based in Japan with ready working entitlement. Travel will be required.
