Define the business plan for assigned area of responsibility according to Division Strategy, plan and targets
• Develop the business by driving relevant sales development activities to get the customer
• Monitor progress against objectives and financial targets .
• Work proactive and structured with the sales in order to optimize the sales efficiency of the team
• Develop, monitor and continuously improve the applicable work processes and quality standards for the department, especially in the quotation process.
• Lead the inside sales team giving the direction and ensuring that they are performing according with the plan and the sales process.
• Develop , motivate and coach direct reports to secure the development of relevant sales and product/application competencies
The Ideal Candidate:
• Bachelor degree in engineering certification.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in managing after sales.
• Strong commercial thinking with good regional market knowledge and experience.
• Strong sales oriented personality with good communication and networking skills.
• Sensitive to cultural differences and capable of involving a cross-cultural team in the sales work.
• Has worked in company with international setting, and has worked with a matrix organization
• High integrity and professionalism.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize and multi-task with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment and meeting datelines
