IT Support Engineer

We are currently assisting to hire an IT Support Engineer for a global shipping organisation.

You will support the installation and troubleshooting of IT hardware and software for the office and for the company's ships. You will provide remote troubleshooting. You will perform necessary IT hardware/software upgrades, security patches, routine maintenance, backups and user account management. You are expected to go onboard the ships to carry out any of the above tasks when required.

Only Singaporeans will be considered. You need to hold relevant IT/Computing qualifications. Fresh graduates welcome, or at least two years of working experience ideally providing IT technical support. Experience in the maritime industry is optional, training and guidance will be provided.
