Key Account Manager - Fort Lauderdale, FL

Our client, a leader in providing of engineering and software solutions to the maritime industry, is looking for a KeyAccount Manager to join their team.  In this role, you will leverage your understanding of vessel design and operations to identify potential business opportunities for our client.  You will spend your time developing relationships and providing solutions to both new and existing customers.  We are looking for someone with the following:

  • University degree, related engineering or business field
  • Proven record of success selling solutions to the cruise industry
  • Extensive network and a proven ability to develop client focused relationships
  • Thorough knowledge of vessel operational issues that your customers face
  • Knowledge of vessel design strongly preferred
  • Previous sales experience, selling software or other consultative products preferred
  • Comfortable making sales presentations to CTO's, CIO's, and marine technical personnel
  • Ability to explain the value proposition of the suite of products
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States, no sponsorship or visa requirements at this time
