Main Tasks:
 Perform sales activities of Burckhardt Compression Full Range of Services including, but not limited to:
– Valve Services
– Spare Parts & Components sales
– Field Service
– Technical Support (e.g. Trouble-shooting)
– Component Repair
– Engineering Services
– Revamps
– Monitoring and Diagnostics
– Compressor Technology Training
 Work together and support the team to achieve company as well as personal objectives.
 Direct involve in offering after-sales support services
 Agent management: Set realistic goals and expectations for agents, and monitor the performance of your
agents, to improve and grow the overall sales.
 Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
 Managing and interpreting customer requirements
 Traveling to meet potential client
 Develop and monitor the market in the assigned area according to company core business.
 Provide technical sales presentations, technical support, customer training, applications guidance
 Prepare technical proposal and commercial proposal
 Coordinate with BCAG/X counterpart for respective support
 Ensure business objectives are met within the timeline
 Perform pre-sales and post-sales marketing activities/plans with the aim of growing served market,
developing un-served market segment, creating new customer base, maintaining existing customerrelationship
 Assist in providing sales forecast and market reports
 Manage the customer database
 Work in multi-functional team to deliver sales target
 Marketing, customer events & exhibition
 Carry out other jobs as assigned by superior



 Minimum Diploma in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering. Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Chemical
Engineering is preferred. Fresh graduate is also welcomed for entry positions.
 4 to 6 years of working experience in industrial sales (refinery/petrochemical/chemical). Experience in
after-sales service of gas compressor will be added advantage.
 A team player with good interpersonal & communication skills.
 Able to work independently to complete the given tasks.
 Results oriented with a strong sense of achievement and customer oriented.
 Conscious to work in an international environment.
 Available for traveling when necessary.
