  • Develop engineering deliverables for marine and machinery system (including reviewing for conversion and topsides integration) in engineering and design section to ensure safe, fit-for-purpose, robust and cost effective marine & machinery system design and operation
  • Lead the execution of all engineering deliverables planned by the line manager


  • Lead the development and verification for equipment list involving equipment sizing and datasheet, RLEC, which includes equipment demolition and decommission
  • Generate equipment tagging for new and existing equipment
  • Generate BOQ, BOD, specification and SOW
  • Lead concept selection study, engineering definition deliverables and FEED deliverables throughout all phases of engineering
  • Lead the preparation of MDR, calculation report, engineering analysis, engineering drawings and equipment/packages specification at conceptual, engineering definition and FEED level
  • Provide technical support/services in candidate vessel RLEC inspection, assessment and selection
  • Review FEED and DDE deliverables by sub-contractors and provide input as per management standards
  • Identify design changes in FEED and DDE deliverables by sub-contractors and provide input to the line manager
  • Plan continuous development for technical and leadership capability to support company vision and mission
  • Carry out documentation and data management as per management standards for marine & machinery discipline deliverables


  • Highly competent in engineering management aspect with further benefits of floaters associated design
  • Knowledgeable in associated engineering discipline design tools, codes and standards
  • Able to address design risk and shortfall
  • At least 10 years of work experience in the oil & gas sector as discipline engineer or 10 years of work experience as Marine Engineer onboard tankers
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in EPCC project for the specific engineering discipline role
  • Experience in floaters type design aspect (Conceptual Study, FEED and DDE)
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Class 1 or 2 Marine Engineer with Certificate of Competency FG Unlimited
