The LNG Marine Advisor will work as part of a talented team engaged in a variety of marine projects relating to LNG Vessels and Ship Compatibility Issues. This will involve working closely with international teams.
Support new LNG opportunities from a operational view.
Support of new projects as well as provide support to LNG Fleet as required.
Aid in process safety in design and risk management of project development.
Preparation of outline technical specifications and participation in the evaluation of bids, design development processes, and plan approval.
Visits to shipyards/fabrication sites during construction and commissioning, attending factory acceptance tests and sea trials.
Oversee certain aspects of the design and construction of vessels, barges, and offshore assets.
Act as a site manager during ship construction projects.
Minimum of five years experience within a Maritime.
USCG Master - C/M or equivalent.
LNG sailing experience a must.
Experience in multiple containment systems would be a plus.
