The role:

  • Managing a team, provide leadership, recruit, coach, mentor and conduct performance review for the direct reports.
  • Establish and monitor team performance and activities
  • Support Product Managers and build customer retention programs, ensuring that customers produce revenue and profitability
  • Facilitate and attend weekly, monthly and branch meetings
  • Oversee strategic growth for the local accounts and corporate accounts through regular business reviews
  • Oversee the rates management, accounts receivable, settlement process, SOPs and pipeline management
  • Measure & analyse customer satisfaction trend, improvement initiatives and foster stronger customer relationships
  • Work with finance team in cost efficiency and service improvements, trends and collection
  • Promote compliance for company policies and regulations

The requirement:

  • Degree in any discipline
  • At least 5 years of experiences in the freight forwarding industry
  • Proven leadership and management skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and P&L management would be an advantage
  • Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word etc.)
  • Fluent in English
  • Proactive, strong organizational skills
