  • Responsible for the smooth management of the entire bid process including overseeing quality
    submission on technical and commercial aspects within tender parameters to deliver a strong, winning case to the prospective client
  • Facilitate the creation of the solution and proposals ensuring compliance with customer requirements, highlighting the Company’s value proposition in delivering strategic approach to secure projects
  • Responsible in identifying, analyzing and planning the right activities for engagement with Renewable Energy Business’ stakeholders


  • Plan and implement the development of project tender documents, in collaboration with the Renewable Energy Business internal departments and external stakeholders (if any), of suitable solutions that meet the clients’ technical and commercial requirements
  • Obtain necessary endorsement from the Business Management, Risk Management Committee, and Board of Directors (BOD) on tender/bid submissions
  • Facilitate post Invitation to Bid (ITB) activities including reviews, clarifications and negotiation process in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders until Contract Award or ITB closure
  • Plan and develop Pre-Qualification and market survey submissions ensuring alignment with the overall Commercial Contracting Strategy
  • Identify and analyze Business stakeholders, planning and implementing activities to engage and build relationship with the stakeholders
  • Regular reviews of stakeholder information and produce progress reports of the engagement
  • Provide specific guidance and motivation to drive the development of a ready pool of capable and
    competent working team, motivate and coach subordinates to be a high-performing team


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Accountancy, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • Masters’ Degree in Science (MSc) or Business Administration (MBA) or any related professional
    qualification is an additional advantage
  • At least 10 – 12 years of relevant working experience in business development and/or marketing in the oil and gas industry
  • Technical knowledge in Renewable Energy operations or business development is an advantage
  • 3 to 5 years’ specific experience in Renewable Energy commercial or operations, preferably with experience with techno-commercial evaluation and commercial negotiation of similar projects
