Marine Parts Coordinator - New Haven, CT

We are looking for someone with experience managing marine technical spares.    This is an excellent opportunity to join an original equipment manufacturer and support their worldwide customer base.

Preferred skills and experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in parts or inventory management
  • General knowledge of the maritime industry
  • Strong computer skills and ability to use company data management software
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with time constraints
  • Ability to work with technical and non-technical counterparts
  • String logistics and supply chain management experience

The Role

  • Manage parts purchasing, inventorying, and sales to customers
  • Analyze purchasing requirements and inventory
  • Follow up on all pending and completed quotes and orders
  • Manage the logistics and inventory to ensure delivery in an efficient manner
