Marine Project Sales Coordinator, Seattle Washington

Assist client in coordination and execution of product installations on marine vessels.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Help identify new business by using maritime contacts
  • Assist with sales orders and negotiation phase
  • Act as customer service representative and communicate with clients during sales process, installation phases and post-installation follow up periods
  • Use maritime technical knowledge to explain complex installation issues
  • All other tasks as required

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree from a Maritime Academy preferred
  • Maritime industry experience (sailing or shore-side)
  • Project Management or Project Coordination experience on vessels or a shipyard preferred
  • Excellent technical communication skills needed in order to facilitate customer wants and needs
  • Great attitude and work ethic, able to work under time constraints
